You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened or lightly used.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please note the following:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• Opened or lightly used products are accepted as part of our risk-free trial

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glowhaus.com.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to return your item.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@glowhaus.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different one, the fastest option is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days

• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
